I am forever grateful for this facility. They saw my baby and quickly referred me to an ER, no time or money wasted. Also, the ER they referred me to was just as exceptional! Unfortunately my orange tabby was blocked and they were unable to provide those services but were able to point us in the right direction and were very compassionate and comforting along the way. UrgentVet my Pumpkin thanks you a million times over!!!
Highly Recommend! Great staff and service! In and out in less than an hour and they took such good care of my dog! would recommend over blue pearl for urgent medical situations.
Staff members Dr Katie and Nurse Christina were seasoned compassionate champs that gave our puppy the care and info we needed to be successful in a bewildering world full of chaos and unknowns. For our case... we felt confident with the choices and facts presented in our dog's health challenge to make the best possible decision ensuring our puppy's comfort, health, safety and recovery. Thank you Urgent Vet for helping us to navigate through the maze of choices and getting us through Elfie's health trial, safely. We are happy... read more
We are visiting from out of town and needed a place to bring our cat for an emergency to have his eye seen for potential conjunctivitis. Dr. Katie was incredible and quick! When I say quick I mean I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of a vet so fast, she had us all taken care of in under a hour, which I’m sure can’t always be the case(it is an urgent care after all) but I do appreciate how effective they were at trying to get us seen fast for such a non emergent situation! The vet tech was an angel I wish I could remembe... read more
I came here one evening for my dog having a gastrointestinal issue with diarrhea and the staff was great. I was hesitant to come to an urgent care for pets, because I’ve previously had bad experiences with urgent care doctors, but Charlie and Dr. Dana were exceptional. They were great with my dog Jax, who was very nervous, and very informative about steps to helping my dog recover. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself needing help with your pet after regular business hours.
