I had an amazing experience here! They got my boy Bastian right in, and the care was top-notch. Megan was so sweet, and Bastian loved everyone he met. They even gave him an award for being a 'famously fabulous boy,' which was such a thoughtful touch! The cost was very reasonable, and the time and attention they gave us was incredibly reassuring. I was referred to UrgentVet for a thorough X-ray and evaluation. Rhiannon Kauffeld, DVM evaluated my Lab 12yrs of age and we came up with a diagnosis and course of treatment. The clinic contacted me the next day to follow up on my dogs health and treatment status. Very professional, I’m very pleased with the staff, clinic and professional care. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if I could I took my dog there because she couldn't walk on her back legs and you could tell she was in pain and they refused to do anything for her without paying for it first and what they wanted was insane they expect you to pay hundreds of dollars right then and there before your dog can even get x rays or anything I domt see how they sleep at night a payment plan should be in place this is ridiculous wanting someones life savings in that very moment wow just wow
