Got me in on the weekend, got me an x-ray, spoke with a specialist and was out of there within an hour. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Way more knowledgeable about Ortho than the typical urgent care experience.
Very poor experience from start to finish. MRI was never ordered and the office staff was grueling to speak with. I almost accidentally made a second appointment with them and realized it was the same chain. I was misdiagnosed from their orthopedic and ended up with permanent nerve damage to my thoracic region. She was busy investigating my deltoid muscle. Meanwhile I gained full paralysis as I waited weeks for the MRI order to go through. I have been here for myself and my children several times and always outstanding care in usually the shortest time possible. This time I was a walk in for urgent ortho care and being walk in I thought I would have some wait especially before a holiday weekend so I brought stuff to do but didn't touch it as from start to finish they were so efficient and professional yet friendly. I feel so much better and I always recommend them!! They are my go to for Orthopedic issues :)
