Do not go here. Checked in as 1st patient. Waited 40 minutes to finally get vital signs taken and THEN was told that the doctor wasn’t in yet AND they didn’t know when he would be in! They had no idea when the doctor would be in! How is this urgent care??? Do not go here!!
Everyone was friendly! Taylor the PA was great and explained everything and the gal who did my testing was very understanding.
The staff is very nice and the Dr was super helpful!
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! On December 30, my daughter took my 3-yr old grandson to this place because my grandson couldn't stop coughing, and he was having trouble breathing. My daughter arrived there shortly before they were closing. Dr. Gertsch was the attending physician. My grandson was given an injection of Dexamethasone. The doctor said that it couldn't be RSV, so no test was done. The next day, my grandson was even worse, so my daughter took him to the emergency room of a local hospital. An RSV test was done.
