Dismissive and unfriendly front desk staff. I went in because I am pregnant, due next week and have a sore throat. I wanted to rule out strep, rsv, etc. I was told my insurance did not cover the visit, which was surprising because I had screened places in the area that do take my insurance. I was charged $249 for a service that was never received. I called them to make a home visit for my sister, they call her to let her know they don't accept her insurance and the visit was canceled. I can't speak with anyone to refund me my money. I sent an email which was useless.

Had an appt had 10:15 once I showed up they asked if I'd be ok to wait until 11 as they're busy.. so I reluctantly said ok... waited until 11:40 and had to leave without being seen. Took my copay before being seen, hoping they'll actually refund this.

Hello, I had the worst experience here. First of all, I paid 250 when I booked my appointment for a TB test, when I arrived at the appointment and they searched for my bill, a doctor told me “You are all set, you already paid for everything that’s going to cost “ Then they call me after I did the blood test and told me that I had a fee of 189, I told them what the doctor said to me and they said it was a “misunderstanding “ and if I didn’t pay the 189 dollar they wouldn’t send my labs, so, even if that wasn’t what they told ... read more

Nowhere did I see it cost $224 for this service alone which is unbelievable plus $100 for each test, tests that are $25 in the drugstore. I thought my insurance would cover it and be billed later. I will never use this service again. The Medical Assistant had on so much strong perfume, could've been friendly, and told me my cat couldn't be in the room. I left feeling like I should've gone to Urgent Care in person. I will never use this service again.
