DO NOT waste your time on this "company." They are a scam to take advantage of the sick and elderly. They wasted 2 days of our family's time, took our money, did not provide services but charged us $250 for our frustration. They are unprofessional and unorganized. You will not be able to get healthcare with this company.

Stay far away!!! Scan alert! Everyone saying they charge you more and more is true! I never even received a service, their site says they do immunizations but Chloe called to tell me they dont and canceled the appointment, was rude as hell when I asked for my $25 to be refunded and then I was charged $224! I never received a thing so you can't give an insurance deductible excuse. No responses yet from billing!!! Billing department is scamming. I keep getting charged for virtual visit that were clearly rescheduled. It's incredibly frustrating the only responses I keep getting "there was an apptmt scheduled on XX_XX date" yes and the apptmt was rescheduled and I have a text message confirming that. But they billed my insurance and try to get me to pay the remainder for appointment that never happen. Something screams fraud and illegal here. Dismissive and unfriendly front desk staff. I went in because I am pregnant, due next week and have a sore throat. I wanted to rule out strep, rsv, etc. I was told my insurance did not cover the visit, which was surprising because I had screened places in the area that do take my insurance. Regardless, I paid the $179 because I figured that’s what showed up in the system.
