RecommendedI love Nurse Ebony Thompson so much that when my family doctor retired, I became her regular patient. She’s SO friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. That’s the truth-fecta if family medical care, in my opinion! She takes her times, is compassionate, and I’m very comfortable w her and her care. I recommend her to everyone that’s looking for medical care bc I honestly didn’t think I’d find anyone as wonderful as Dr. Linda Rollins. And I did. Been there twice in past year. First time waited an hour then told had to wait another hour while staff went to lunch. Today walked in fort told “I’ve taken all I can take today! You’ll have to leave”. Not a way to do business

The front desk lady of this Urgent Care is extremely rude. I had an appointment and I had been passed over by 4 people that came in after me. When I asked about it, she said, "they had appointments". I reminded her that I did too. I walked out not being seen and I will not go back there.
Y'all need to do better being courteous to the customers....Especially the person who does the weight check. Maybe even try to look a little more presentable instead of looking like you just rolled out of bed. I have 5 kids... The last thing a parent wants to hear is "5 kids?! We don't even have that many tests!" No worries. I will be taking my business down the road to Med Express.
RecommendedI went in Sunday very sick, Linda and Lori worked hard to figure what was wrong. When my labs came back they sent me straight to the ER for direct admit to run scans. The ER sent me home and was no help. I woke up Monday morning in more pain and I called Linda and she told me to come back. Labs were ran again and she knew something was wrong, Dr. Sherwood happened to be that day and he called the ER for a direct admit and a surgical consult. Had Linda, Lori and Chad not pushed the way they did I would have been a lot worse o... read more
