Urgent team in Starkville is a joke! They are rude! They WILL NOT answer the phone!! I got tested because I was exposed to the corona virus, They were hateful when I went to get tested. I got tested Wednesday the 15th, I have called every day since and still do not have a result! It’s been 6 days! I had to call 4 times yesterday and three times today and when I finally got someone on the phone they were hateful! Do not go here!
Completely unprofessional and have no respect for patients. I had a 10am appointment this morning. I clocked out of my job and was there 10 minutes early like they ask. I call the front desk and they say “there’s an hour and a half wait”. I told her I made an appointment the day before for 10am and she said “like i said there’s a wait and someone will call you” I called once every 20 minutes or so to check to see when i could go, and finally they answered 2 hours later and said “sorry we don’t see your name in our system. Rude and unprofessional people work here. Totally ignore what drug I said I have and doesn’t work and prescribed it for me!
