I went in with a concern of a bug bite under my breast. The lady at the check in desk actually giggled when telling NP why I was there. I got back quickly and was very anxious and hurting. The NP took my vitals and told me she was concerned as my blood pressure was high. Asked why I thought I had a bite, if my breasts were exposed, and then "well do you have bugs in your home?" Who hasn't seen a random spider or bug this time of year in their home?" It happens! She finally looks at my complaint and.. yes looks like a spider ... read more
Think twice before coming here. I've come here twice. Staff is amazing and super kind. But the problem is with the company. I've been twice and they've seen me four different bills that say a different amount that I owe. Each time I call this location they tell me I don't owe anything and don't know why I keep getting the bills. I've already payed my cow pay during this two visits so that isn't what these bills are for. And each time I pay for one of these bills I just get another one with a different amount. The ladies there were very efficient and kind and thoughtful to my care. They listened and cared very much when I came in today for Pancreatitis and a cold. We only had to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes as there was no one else there. They gave me great care and gave me IV fluids with electrolytes and zofran, even let me lay down turned the lights off and told me beforehand to bring a blanket because the IV makes people cold. Great team. All digital and very efficient. Came here after a quoted 3-hour wait elsewhere—they saw us very quickly. Wonderful nurse practitioner that was so good with my sick 3-year-old.
