they literally think no matter what you come in with, you now have either CV or the flu...that's before any vitals are taken. complete joke! our health scare system is a farce!
The Nurse Practitioner was not wearing a mask the whole time and was very blasé about it. Being that reckless during a global pandemic is unacceptable as a medical facility!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
RecommendedI was very anxious but they helped me with my earache and it only took a little while to get in and out. I went after three and still got home in time to get dinner for the family. By 7:30 the steroid shot was already helping with my bad ear. :) I really appreciate you guys!!!
Went for COVID testing Saturday and sat in my car for three hours while they kept telling me they were on their way out to get me. I called thirteen times in three hours and was hung up on every time. When I got inside I was told insurance wouldn’t cover the test. I have blue cross blue shield and Medicaid. I had to pay $145. Did the rapid test and it was negative but the doctor said he would also like to send off my results and to call back Sunday at five. I called yesterday and was hung up on again. RecommendedFriendliest medical teams in the Arkansas River Valley! The nurse practitioners here are as knowledgeable, efficient, and as competent as any doctor in our area! Jessica (front desk), Steve (Rad Tech), and Samantha (Nurse Practitioner) are absolutely wonderful GEMS!!!!!

Urgent team in Starkville is a joke! They are rude! They WILL NOT answer the phone!! I got tested because I was exposed to the corona virus, They were hateful when I went to get tested. I got tested Wednesday the 15th, I have called every day since and still do not have a result! It’s been 6 days! I had to call 4 times yesterday and three times today and when I finally got someone on the phone they were hateful! Do not go here!
I went here months ago for a check-up exam. I told them I wanted to pay everything up front. They said not a problem and I paid it. Months later I get a bill in the mail for another 70$. I had to argue with them back and forth that I already paid my whole bill at my visit! I was then told “they must have not calculated the services correctly.” This was their explanation as to why I still owed. What a price gouging joke!! Do not go here!
