This is the only urgent care our family uses! The staff is fantastic and always take great care of us. The manage to make my 4yo laugh and smile no matter how sick she is, and they go above and beyond to help ensure we are taken care of. With their new online check-in system, the wait time is minimal even on busy days. They make going to the doctor for a sudden illness bearable!

I walk in for the first time feeling sick. The place is over crowded, very very small waiting room. Not enough parking. The girl behind the desk Lindsey is rude & to rushed. I could tell she didn’t feel confident in what she was doing, very overwhelmed. She was not sincere at all for anyone. Flat out rude & inconsiderate for the ones who are feeling sick. Waited over 1 1/2 hrs, only to be ignored by the PA. No doctors in the building at all. The PA was in too big of a hurry to listen. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and completely misdiagnosed my condition. I don’t recommend Robert at all. I had to go to another facility. I was able to se an actual doctor and receive proper care and diagnosis!!
Going into 1hr and 45min and still waiting....nothing about this is “urgent.”
