Poor phone call service
Staff are great but this system is pathetic. “Call at 10am tomorrow”. All appointments for the day booked by 10:01. This is unsustainable and not serving the community at all. You can sometimes call option 4 and get an appointment with a physio, but personally need a doctor’s referral to use my benefits somewhere that books appointments outside of 10 hrs in advance.
Called for two weeks leaving voicemails and have not had any response back.
Currently calling non stop. I wish the appointment system was better. Like what year are we living in we can’t have a decent intake system.
