Very rude people. They yell at you and dont inform you of what is going on at all.
The lady that you have in the appointment line addressing people is extremely rude. Raising her voice, cutting people off not letting them speak,and straight up aggressive! I was shocked by how someone talks to people that way while at work.
Brought my mom there on Wednesday May 13 2020 for a dislocated finger. Was told by the gal outside that they were only doing Covid-19 testing. No signage to that effect etc. Wasted time getting ice and pain relief because of this. Will never go there or recommend to anyone
Turned my 7 year old away at 6pm said she wasn’t seeing any more patients and they are open til 7. Very poor patient care.

Every time we come here it may have 2 people ahead of us but the wait is hours. For a strep and flu test we have currently been here 3 hours. Go to the Fast Pace in Fayetteville. The staff there are nice and get you through as fast as they can. Oh and there is no paying for wifi up there either. This is the last time I walk through the doors of this rude, slow, inconsiderate place.
