I check in December 2nd the receptionist was very professional. Ms. Janice Pearson FNP was extremely professional talking with her you feels better before you filled the prescription. However Tynesha was very unprofessional has no respect talking and her body language says it all don't care attitude.
$175 for a covid test. Straight up raping the citizens of Madison. Disgusting. I'll be sure to tell everyone we know not to use these people.
Arrived at 10:15 (7-7-19) and was told by others in waiting room they opened their doors at 9:10 but hadn’t seen patients yet because front desk person was “running a little late”. At this point I heard loud giggling from employees in the back. Apparently there is only one employee with the magical powers to check in patients. As a previous pt, I was familiar with the online check in and did so at 830AM and give an arrival time of 1:13pm. I received a text confirmation. Upon my arrival at 1:00pm, I was told the doctor was going to lunch and it would be at least a 2 hour wait! I was VERY unhappy to say the least! Went to Community Urgent Care of Madison and was treated and released with in an hour! Will not waste my time with such an unprofessional vibe!
Pay upfront or leave a card number on file, thats the only way to receive services. They are more concerned about payment than my medical care or my privacy and security. I have insurance and have always them paid on time when the bill came in. Too many other places to waste my time at place that cares nothing about my well being. How about if I just leave ya'll blank check...lol. I was seen elsewhere faster and cheaper. Wont be back.
Used to get great service here. No longer the case.
