We were traveling and our friends accidentally left for home before us with our keys. They were already 5 hours away by the time we realized it! After calling several locksmiths who either ghosted us completely or kept pushing their arrival times back, we found this absolute lifesaver. He promised he'd be to us in 20 minutes and showed up exactly when he said he would. Called to re-key my smart lock. I wanted all the locks in my house to open utilizing the same key. Tech was able to come out the same day. He arrived at the time he said he would. Price he quoted me was price he charged. Polite and professional. Would use again

This review is for vehicle locksmith service: When I called, the phone was answered quickly and the technician arrived within the eta. He was able to unlock my car within a few minutes and gave me a coupon if i ever need their service again. Only reason I deducted a star is because their price is higher than competitors.

Called and told the guy my situation, and he showed up within the time range he said he’d be here. Saved me big time. Price may seem high to some, but if you had to tow your vehicle or pay to uber one place to another to get a spare it’d cost more. The dude was absolutely awesome had me back in my vehicle in less than 60 seconds. Definitely will use this service again if ever in this situation again. Thank you so much mate, cheers! -BM

Unprofessional behavior. When he can't answer properly, he just starts shouting over the call. Tried ripping us off by telling us about multiple scopes, stopped letting our cleaner inside the house because he has to be paid before even finishing the job properly, and he tried to keep our cleaner hostage.
