The place is locked down and no one picks up the phone. I am having a dental problem that causes me extreme pain, half my face is numb. I called all dental clinics and there is no same-day availability. I was referred by one receptionist to this place and was told they could get me in sooner. Nope. Nobody answers. Don't call yourself an Urgent Dental Care if there is no way for people to get care

I had an unfortunate dental emergency and texted Dr. Laver about it at 6pm. He responded immediately and offered service that night, even though he was fully booked, or early the next morning. I went with the following morning at 6:30am and received the most lovely service imaginable. He was so professional and made appropriate jokes to help my anxiety levels. Can’t recommend him enough! Thanks Dr. Laver

Although I did not end up getting any service done with Dr. Laver because my main dentist ended up being available, my experience was 10/10. He answered my texts very quickly, was compassionate and kind, and offered to help me if my dentist did not help with the pain. I saw multiple dentists over the weekend for the most excruciating pain I've ever felt, and most would simply suggest I take ibuprofen, or write me a new prescription for a medication that I said was not working.
