I had a serious tooth issue while on vacation in Victoria. The pain was very high and I didn't know how I was going to make it through the rest of my stay there without getting dental help. I came across Urgent Dental Care in a google search and contacted them with limited hope that I would actually get help. The place is locked down and no one picks up the phone. I am having a dental problem that causes me extreme pain, half my face is numb. I called all dental clinics and there is no same-day availability. I was referred by one receptionist to this place and was told they could get me in sooner. Nope. Nobody answers. Don't call yourself an Urgent Dental Care if there is no way for people to get care
I had an unfortunate dental emergency and texted Dr. Laver about it at 6pm. He responded immediately and offered service that night, even though he was fully booked, or early the next morning. I went with the following morning at 6:30am and received the most lovely service imaginable. He was so professional and made appropriate jokes to help my anxiety levels. Can’t recommend him enough!
