Went in to get a cavity on a front tooth filled that was making me panic. Got scheduled for an appointment for the same day, and got 2 other nearby cavities filled all in one hour. Dentist wanted to make it clear the other fillings were 100% my choice, and that she wouldn't try to start until I was fully numb. Very kind and patient individuals, would not hesitate to go again if in need of immediate care. Wonderful place! I was visiting on vacation and my crown fell off. They were able to get me in the next day to re-cement it. I saw Dr Mathews who was just terrific. Great personality and professional. He took care of me in no time at all. Everyone from the front staff, the dental assistant and Dr Mathews were amazing. Thank you all so much!
I walked in and was immediately turned away without being seen! The receptionist didn't ask for my identification, insurance, NOTHING!!! Just said they can't see me and that was it! I am in so much pain I can barely do anything. I can't sleep, I can't eat, it's starting to affect my performance at work.This is ridiculous!!
I had appointment and took 2hrs to get seated. The doctor said my wisdom tooth had to be extracted and took over a hour to get tooth out with my mouth open. Worst experience!
