I needed a tooth extracted. I had so much anxiety. From the phone call to make the appointment, walking in the door everything was exceptional. Pam the assistant was friendly and kind. Made me feel so at ease. Dr Ashley was excellent. ExplaIned everything and my options. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. Just like that the tooth was out. I had a dental emergency and after being shut down by eight dentist I was referred by Western New York dental group to call urgent dental care. I had an infected crown that became unbearably painful on a weekend. I got a Sunday appointment and the staff was gentle and attentive. Dr. Daymon laid out my options, then made sure I was absolutely certain that I wanted the tooth out, and did not want to try and save it via root canal. The extraction itself was quick and painless. Staff made sure I understood the aftercare and sent me on my way with prescriptions for ibuprofen and antibiotics. went there for an emergency extraction. they were fast friendly and convenient. (this was 830 at night). would definitely recommend.
