All personal were friendly and patient. They outlined my options and were able to treat me right away.
I went in for an emergency dental issue and was extremely impressed. No long wait, very professional team, and the dentist was gentle and knowledgeable. They handled my situation quickly and got me out of pain.
I had a tooth abscess and I was in pain and half of my face was swollen. I had no appointment, just google it and walk in. Usually, like most people, going to the dentist is a pain in the soul... The front desk Lady was very helpful. Dr. Brooks and his staff were all friendly and I was able to get same day treatment. I’m really grateful for their help and care and I would recommend them to anyone in need of urgent dental work!. The staff at Urgent Dental are absolute the best. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Brooks was amazing and made sure I was good and numb and pain-free before he pulled my tooth. He was nice and not judgemental about the condition of my teeth or the fact that I am a 30 year old scared of the dentist from past dental trauma. The assistant that took me back that day and did everything else was fabulous. Honestly she made my whole visit.
