They did a great job. Friendly, professional and helpful staff.
The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the back. The two people that work on my mouth Melisa and Dr Brooks were nice and compassionate about my concerns about the work i was getting and they answered my questions. The person who help me up front. I forgot her name sorry. Was helpful also. She helped me fill out the paperwork to see if i could get reimbursed from my insurance and explained how it works.
Was very anxious when going to see a dentist after a very bad experience years ago, they made me very confortable and informed and help me with little to no pain. Dr Brooks was great would recommend for emergency dental work.
I walked in on a Sunday with terrible toothache. After reviewing the X-rays I had 2 options to get relief....root canal or pull the tooth. It was a back molar so I decided to pull it. They were so gentle and professional. I was scared to death because of prior unpleasant dental experiences but they were great! I'm very thankful and relieved.
