Estelle is absolutely amazing! The best in the industry and I am speaking from experience because I have seen a number of dentists over the last 48 years and none compare to her. Wonderful mannerism, knowledgeable, gentle and expedient… The list goes on. . I brought my son (9) in for a bleeding emergency and was greeted by a wonderful and compassionate receptionist. She saw the urgency of the matter and immediately brought us back. Dr. Nick was calm, attentive and phenomenal in his work! I am beyond pleased with my first visit here! As a fully panicked mother who couldn’t even recall my address or phone number for the paperwork, this establishment won me and my son over! I’d say “I’ll be back”, but let’s hope not! Haha! Very friendly staff , i have vertgo and high anxiety . They made me feel very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this office !
My experience at Urgent Dental in Merrillville today was absolutely amazing! Dr. Nick was so gentle and he explained the procedure every step of the way and his bedside manner was impeccable! I would also like to say Michelle the EFDA was fantastic very patient and friendly she made me feel so comfortable especially when I started crying, you guys were awesome 👏🏽 and I appreciate that!
