Great staff. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, because it's URGENT care. The sickest get seen first. Not a problem for us. Love the staff and find them very trustworthy and knowledgeable!
Worst business ever!! I went in, in horrible pain with a spranged ankle claiming they were the only ones who took my insurance... I walked in at 12:37pm and a sign was up saying no more patients would be seen and I'd have to wait until 2:15 pm for them to be off lunch to be seen! This is a place of business where sick or hurt people go to get help when needed as soon as possible.. And they all want to take lunch at the same time??? So unprofessional! Never have I ever seen a Heath clinic do that.. And the "medical assistant"... read more

The staff here is fantastic the best in the Mid Michigan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!
