I came to this "care" center on the 6th and was misdiagnosed, given meds that I didn't need, and then got extremely ill the next day. I returned and they said they couldnt help me unless I pay for another visit (almost 200) after waiting for 2 hours for 'them to talk to their manager". I’ve visited this clinic 3 times as a walk in. I’ve had a great experience every time.
Only way to post a review was to give a star Any time I tried making an appointment over the phone, they never answer. I decided to walk in. There was one person sitting, waiting. Out of curiosity I called as I was in the waiting room. The old lady working behind the counter completely ignored the ringing phone and continued on doing absolutely nothing. No vayan a esta clinica ,fui en noviembte del 2024 pague cash y detodosmodos me llegaron cobros del laboratorio .fui a la clínica mas de 4 veces para que arreglaran el problema y nadamas me daban largas que si lo estaban tratando de arreglar y al final nada .hoy julio 23 de 2025 es hora de que me mandaron a colección y nunca arreglaron nada . Cero profesionales .si no quieres una mala experiencia no vayas a esta clinica
They lied about sending in my antibiotics— only sent them in after I called the pharmacy, their office, and then the pharmacy again who confirmed immediately after I called the second time that they had received the rx. Took a long time to see the doctor and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in other rooms.
