Doctors and Nurses at this urgent care facility are very thorough, polite and exceptional. Highly recommend.
this is the BEST walk in clinic. its very clean and the staff are very nice and every doctor i have ever seen there treated me so good! they should be 5 stars !
The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff were all genuinely caring and concerned about the patient. I truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I have rarely experienced this level of care, even in a hospital emergency department.
The doctors are great but the reception/admin don’t know what they are doing. (Referring to the gent working the desk on August 7) I was following up for records of my mother’s treatment for her private insurance . Was given a form to fill in and come back to get the process started on the records by the lady at the desk. 2 days later when I have the form with me -The guy at the reception has no idea what the document is - what to do with it - who to forward it to - who to follow up with.
