The med assistant that did the initial check in/Covid/rsv test was great but then I waited an hour before anyone came back with results or to further check me out. After I opened the door and asked how much longer it might be the doctor came in and asked ME what my magic rx combo was since I had bronchitis before and before an additional exam. everything was good but when all was donde I walked to my car which was parked in the back and find out my car was hit by someone who was parked next to my car and never left a note, nothing so in a way I regretted going to that particular place.
I feel very conflicted. Everyone was kind, professional, and courteous. But, not one person explained to me that Kaiser would end up charging me exorbant prices because I went there. On their website in big letters it says "WE ACCEPT KAISER". Now Im sitting here sick with Covid because Kaiser wants to charge me $1,500 for the medication I need simply because I came here.
Absolutely the best Urgent care I have been to! The staff was welcoming, the place was spotless. I was taken back quickly, the medical assistant was lovely and attended to me well. The doctor was was thorough, asked great questions and was timely. I was able to leave with medication in hand. I did make an appointment on line, that may have sped up my experience. I would give it 10🪅s
