RecommendedI have been to this urgent care 3x and have had very little wait times. Professional and courteous Dr.'s and PA's. Receptionists was not overly friendly but did her job. Overall I am happy with my experiences here.

I had called ahead, as I was waiting at another clinic for hours and was told it was going to be hours more, and salmon creek urgent care informed me over the phone if I came I would have an hour wait, tops, to see a Dr. So I drove from DT Vancouver to their location where I waited with 2 other people for not an hour but going on 2.5 hours; other folks going ahead of me who checked in after me. I would give NO stars if I could. The desk clerk told a very sick person to come back at 4 to avoid the long wait. Their posted closing time & the clerk said it was 4:30. He came back at 3:50 and was told they closed at 4 and couldn't be seen! He could've gone to another clinic earlier but suffered another 2 hours just to be told " sorry buddy". Disgraceful! Horrible. Uncaring and unprofessional.
Came in sick at two. Was told there was a two hour wait but they take patients until 4:30. Double checked. Was assured i would get in and most likely would have a shorter wait. Went home and came back at 4:10. The front same lady looked md in the eye and said sorry but there's still 4 in front of you so we are not accepting any more patients today. We'll be open in the morning at 9. Fricking backwoods rinky-dink idiocy. I've been working with a fever and cough for 7 days. I'm at SW Urgent care downtown. Unreal. JV. Hope they... read more
