Such a wonderful clinic! Everyone was so friendly and nice!!
The bigger little woman at the front desk could improve how she handles communication with patients, especially when she seems frustrated or under pressure. Her facial expressions made it very easy to tell that she was annoyed and it made me uncomfortable asking simple questions. I’m a nurse so I understand how fast-paced and stressful healthcare environments can be, but the clinic was not particularly busy at the time, and I had only asked a couple of basic questions.
