I usually like the efficiency of this urgent care as we are usually in and out within 1 hour. This time around my daughter had an ear infection and although the provider was nice - the staff- including the NP seeing my daughter- didn’t even bother to look at her chart to see her allergies and medical history. When she came in to greet us she already had tylenol ready to give to my daughter and she didn’t know what antibiotics she had taken before that didn’t work. This place is very clean the ladies there are very professional and nice! I would recommend highly and return if need be. But hopefullly won’t need to in the near future.
