My 3 year old granddaughter was in severe pain with her ear with a lot of drainage and green liquid coming out of her nose couldn’t sleep crying so we had taken her to Urgent Care Plus Because it was convenient to right up the road from work well needless to say they wouldn’t see her at all she needed to get a referral because of insurance this is totally ridiculous why in the heck is it called urgent care if your turned away!!
I had the worst experience. I came in bringing my friend in and the staff upfront was super sweet til the copay part. I asked if they could bill it to her and she said they couldn’t. Was being very wishy washy. Then when I told her I had been here and gotten it billed to me, she looked me up and then called me basically a liar. She kept saying on her end it showed I never been here. Which I knew was a lie. She was just trying to say stuff to get my friend who unfortunately had no money to pay and she was in pain.
