Called in with a concern over their policies, was met with a "Well that's our policy". Was unwilling to help me with my concern and seemed unconcerned that we were even remotely displeased with service. I told the individual we would not be back given the response and was met with what sounded like a joyous "ok!", followed by a prompt hang up. Nice. Super professional.

Had a great experience here for a dot physical and drug test! Nurse carli was very thorough and explained all my readings. Zac did the best exam I’ve had and was very professional. In and out within a half hour so I could get home to my family. Would definitely go back
