Absolutely terrible care. Came in with obvious strep symptoms, an inflamed throat, and an extremely high fever, but was rushed through, they barely asked any questions, and sent me home after a swab with “wait for a call.” All tests came back negative and the only advice was to come back if I wanted. Went to another urgent care the very SAME day and was immediately diagnosed with strep/tonsillitis and given the right medications. This place is careless, rushed, and negligent with their patients. The service was decent, the people were nice, but I was told a few weeks after my visit that I have a balance due. I paid in person so I tried calling to clear this up. No one answered and so I left a voicemail. I received a call back about a week later. I was unable to answer but I called back about 10 minutes later. No one answered again so I left another voimail. I did receive a call back a few minutes later and was told they have had an issue with Blue Cross changing a policy since the beginning of the year, and they did... read more
They might be "open until 7:30" but take their last patient at 6:30 so they actually should close at 6:30
We had a great experience! Check in was quick and easy with minimal paperwork. The nurse, Emma got us right back, took history and vital signs and was very kind. Crystal Cotrell PA-C was kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience all around! We will definitely be back!
