The red headed receptionist is not the kindest. Then they keep you in the exam room for over 30 mins, while you can hear all of them gossiping at their desk.
I visited the clinic yesterday and had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour because they couldn’t verify my insurance. They asked me to call my insurance company myself, even though I thought that was their responsibility. It turns out they had mixed up my insurance information with someone else’s, which created a mess. Clearly one of the best urgent care clinics in Athens.The service is efficient and polite. The site is clean and they solved my problem quickly.
Wonderful experience here! Fast service and QUALITY medicine from a great team. Care team listened and spent time with me as a patient. Sent me to an efficient outpatient imaging facility for CT and the Dr. personally called me with my results within 2 hours. I'm so glad I didn't go to the E.R. and I'm excited to have this clean and professional option in Athens!
