One of the front desk staff (young woman wearing glasses) was extremely condescending towards me. I was hurt that she felt so comfortable talking down to someone seeking urgent care, especially in front of her colleague. However, two other staff members were kind to me. I appreciate them, even though I felt completely humiliated.

Older lady red hair, not sure her name, is so unprofessional and racist towards the other sweet African American lady, extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant, also made a comment on why my kids are uninsured, maybe if insurance was more affordable we would have it. she needs to get fired. Everyone else here is so amazing, 10 starts for everyone else. That old lady gets -10 starts.

Saying I'm impressed with the care I received on 2/12/26 would be an understatement. These ladies are some of the most swift and competent professionals I have interacted with in my entire life. The care was prompt and the Physician so personable with a fundamental understanding of medicine. For all of your non-ER needs, this is the place to receive it. Oconee Urgent Care is Great! The Front Office ladies are kind, the medical staff, Ebony Cook, PA, the imaging staff, the phlebotomist all are exceptional! I was listened to, had necessary x-rays and bloodwork. I was given instant information regarding my x-rays. I received a phone call in 24 hours to review my blood labs. They will share info with my providers. If you need urgent care this is the place to go! Awesome staff! One of the best urgent care centers I have visited!!!! Thank you all so much! Tina A.
