Went to this urgent care out of conviction and would have been better closer to home

Get more professional adults to work there and not the unprofessional people that you have there now. Taylor is unprofessional and her actions just got this place a complaint with the state!!
Hire more professional people Taylor is terrible! No one should have to wait two days for a script and when you call her the only excuse is that she is busy. Then to tell the patient that the script needs to come from the provider. There is something wrong with this!!
