My family of 7 had to be seen tonight for illness. The DR was absolutely amazing. We live an hour away and drove to Muskogee just to see this specific provider Dr. Shakeel because of the level of care he provides being that we have been seen here before. Hands down would recommend this facility to anyone if you're not able to get into your primary on short notice.
Everyone in the office was very nice, helpful and professional. Made my visit pleasant. The Dr did a great job stitching up my finger.
Quick check in , friendly staff and NP was quite knowledgeable, this will be my choice for future urgent care needs
The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable however the older lady at the front desk is rude very judgemental and unprofessional. She would be the person you first come in contact with when you go in the door. I looked for a email to email regarding the interaction I had. Found no email that is why I am posting here. If an urgent care cannot draw blood and send it to a lab, that isn't very good. That is literally as basic as it gets. The urgent care isn't doing the tests. They are just assessing the situation and drawing blood! The lab does all the testing. So for a receptionist to say we can't draw blood here is crazy. Definitely tells me to never go here.
