Very clean place. Friendly staff. Quick to get us checked in and back into a room. Nurse came in and did her assessment quickly and the doctor came in shortly thereafter. I think we were in and out in maybe 30 minutes and on our way. Very pleasant experience all around.
Yall should look into a receptionist that's more people friendly and less rude. If you dont like dealing with the public which is your job then you should find a new one. Every time I've dealt with the african american receptionist yall have (I don't know her name) she has been rude and responds with an attitude and it's so hard to not react. I don't because I had my kids with me everytime. She needs to do a people friendly workshop or something or move onto another job
If I could give zero stars, I would, I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my daughter to get tested for the flu and a couple came in . It looked to me like she was having a seizure. Her hands were locking up. She was shaking and they were out of town. They came in rushing her in and asked the front desk Lady is this an emergency room. My family of 7 had to be seen tonight for illness. The DR was absolutely amazing. We live an hour away and drove to Muskogee just to see this specific provider Dr. Shakeel because of the level of care he provides being that we have been seen here before. Hands down would recommend this facility to anyone if you're not able to get into your primary on short notice.
Everyone in the office was very nice, helpful and professional. Made my visit pleasant. The Dr did a great job stitching up my finger.
