The reception staff is dismissive and rude. I was made to feel that I was an imposition. I was left a message from Melissa, no last name given, regarding test results. When I returned the call to inquire further, I reached a voice mail that apparently was her personal number. Very unprofessional. RecommendedTook my daughter in today for a deep cut and everyone was super friendly. The PA we saw, Rachel Lynch, was awesome. We were in and out in under an hour.
RecommendedWent to Mountain view Urgent Care after I fell and injured my arm and shoulder. I found the crew to be very professional and friendly. I received great care from a Crew that cared. Thanks to all that was working September 20, 2020.

1 year old feel off a chair and face planted into a wooden table corner. Showed up with an hour to spare and staff refused to even see him because of his age. Curiously he was seen the night before for possible pink eye, diagnosed, and then kept out of daycare. He didn’t have pink eye. His eye was totally fine this morning. But because they were too lazy to even look at him, literally, didn’t even enter the building before we were turned away, we spent hours at the ER where they said he absolutely needed to be. RecommendedThank you for taking care of my injury so quickly on Sunday. Every person- the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were incredibly friendly and caring. They even found the closest open pharmacy for me on a Sunday afternoon when most would be closing and while they were about to be closing themselves. They helped me to be able to get the meds I needed that day instead of me having to wait until Monday.
