The reception staff is dismissive and rude. I was made to feel that I was an imposition. I was left a message from Melissa, no last name given, regarding test results. When I returned the call to inquire further, I reached a voice mail that apparently was her personal number. Very unprofessional. Went to Mountain view Urgent Care after I fell and injured my arm and shoulder. I found the crew to be very professional and friendly. I received great care from a Crew that cared. Thanks to all that was working September 20, 2020.

1 year old feel off a chair and face planted into a wooden table corner. Showed up with an hour to spare and staff refused to even see him because of his age. Curiously he was seen the night before for possible pink eye, diagnosed, and then kept out of daycare. He didn’t have pink eye. His eye was totally fine this morning. But because they were too lazy to even look at him, literally, didn’t even enter the building before we were turned away, we spent hours at the ER where they said he absolutely needed to be.
