I really think the staff is great I pinched a nerve in my back and could not walk got me crutches and medication . Back to work in a week ! Pleasant and proffesional ! Kelly

I went to Morro Bay Urgent Care after experiencing extremely sharp pains in my middle back overnight. The staff was perfectly nice and understanding, even though I began to vomit in the room - they did the best they could do with what they have. However, the they completely missed the diagnosis and called me two weeks later to tell me that my tests came back fine and I should be feeling much better (at this point, I was in a hospital bed hooked up to three IVs). I have had to use this clinic a few times. The wait was not long and the staff was pleasant. I was offered pain pills from their pharmacy. Convenience to pay a little more than at pharmacy across the street. It was my choice to purchase from them or take a prescription. I chose convenience from them. No waiting! Will choose them again over long ER waiting!!

Rude staff. Costs way more than the E.R. and they even lied and sold my husband the meds they prescribed there. Our normal insurance copay's for the particular medications are normally five dollars. The crooks at this Urgent Care charged him $20 for two bottles of fifteen pills each! I will never let him go back, no matter how much more convenient he feels the location is.

Horrible place very unfriendly and costs way too much! never will I go back! I didn't want to give it even one star but it wouldn't let me comment unless i did
