I made a appointment on line and it was confirmed for 8:20 I get there and the don't have me in I showed them my appointment on my phone and I still had to wait then someone else came in with app and they took them before me smh that why I made the appointment to not wait Gerald Wade

Came here back in November of 2021 because I could feel myself getting an ear infection. When I arrived I filled out my forms and gave them my ID as well as my insurance card. The wait wasn’t bad and the staff was fine. I let the doctor know that I was prone to ear infections and that it was just hurting in the one ear as of right now and they prescribed me ear drops and an oral medication.
