Need to be more upfront about expected wait times. Waited over one hour in the car with toddler to be seen. This led to an incredibly hungry toddler who didn’t understand why we had to wait so long. If I had known the expected wait time I would have left and gotten him something to eat or gone home to wait.
Dr. Bounds was amazing and the nurses were super nice. They were pretty busy tonight but the wait still wasn’t that long. Once I was in a room 30 minutes tops and I was out with a diagnosis and prescription for it. Thank you so much. I already feel better from the shot they gave me.
Excellent customer service and patient care. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We did not have to wait very long at all.
I was there for 3 hours waiting to just see the Dr. Dr. Caskey was super friendly and has a great bedside manner, but the wait was a ridiculously long time.
At most places like this, the doctors are very well, clinical, take a few minutes, make a knee jerk diagnosis, and get you out. Dr. Bounds took his time with me, did not make a quick diagnosis, which he could have, and even took the extra few minutes to take care of another problem I had right there on the spot. The rest of the staff was courteous and professional as well. It really felt like I was visiting a family doctor rather than an urgent care places.

Terrible experience and will never return! Visiting family in Shreveport and my 6 year old and myself had strep. We both had a visit here. We were offered a penicillin shot. I accepted for myself and him. I was not informed that it cost me over $200 for each of us for these shots. I would have opted for the pills that cost $5. I called and emailed hopi f under the circumstances that would write off what I Owed since they got $380 from insurance for my son and over $500 for myself.
