I saw Dr. Johnson. My experience was nice and quick.
I received the worst care I can ever recall receiving. I had multiple injuries due to a hard fall and only one injury was addressed despite my mentioning them twice! I was totally blown off!! Dr. Johnson didn't even lay a finger on me to examine me. NO PHYSICAL EXAM AT ALL! The MA that checked me in was rude and even documented the wrong hand as having the injury. I will never be seen here again and, as a nurse myself, will never recommend this place to any patients or friends.
Took my 19yr old daughter in for her asthma. We got seen fairly quick and she was what she needed. This was our first time coming to the Urgent care and would go again if needed.
Urgent Care is a fucking joke. I was have excruciating pain & spasms in my lower back and went in to see a dr. Paid $119.00 for a visit, waitin an hour and a half to see a dr and then finally he comes in and asks what the problem is, i told him, he didnt even respond to me. Just handed me a prescription for steriods. He didnt tell me how many to take, how many he was giving me or anything about it. Their discrimination against mid levels is sickening! I would rather see a PA any day vs their physicians.
I cut my thumb with a ceramic knife and it was bleeding a lot so my husband told me I should go in. The doctor was a COMPLETE ASSHOLE! I am so pissed! I told him multiple times "if it just needs a bandaid, I can go". Instead of saying "yeah that's all it needs" and letting me go every time he left the room he would bad talk me, even one time I heard him pull the chart off the closed door and say "is this the little girl?"
