Dr. Novack, Mrs. Novack and all his staff are wonderful...the utmost in professional, competent, and caring dentistry. My whole family loves them!
I had my first appointment at Holden Dental this week. I was so happy with the time they devoted to me. Their initial exam is so thorough. They started off taking my blood pressure. After that, I had xrays, pictures done with a scope of the teeth, a picture of what I look like, a periodontal exam, and lastly a cancer screening. I am a new patient and can't say enough about my first experience. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment I was so happy. The front office staff is fabulous! They were so friendly and accomodating to my schedule. At the first appointment they introduced themselves and welcomed me! I had a pleasent visit, Staff was great. The Dr was informative and helpful. Prescription for an anti biotic and pain killer was given. I am currently in pain due to not being able to take the prescribed pain medication as it causes me to have extreem itching. Glad I have an appointment tomorrow at 6:15 P.M.
I recently switched my dental provider to Holden Dental Care (1092 Main Street, Holden, MA) based on a recommendation from a co-worker. After my first visit for a basic check-up, I certainly am glad that I took the advice. The service and care I received from the front desk staff, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Novack was outstanding and made me feel very well taken care of. Holden Dental was a VERY pleasing experience, which is difficult as far as dentists USUALLY go. However, the staff was pleasant, informative, and very nice. They will take any anxieties about the dentist into consideration, they have the latest technology and answered any questions with quick and accurate answers (that WEREN'T confusing!) They explained their whole process for xrays, and every tech tool they used so there was no confusion about what was going on. Put me completely at ease!
