Excellent! Process explained thoroughly, constant reassurance and checking in to ensure I was O.K during procedure. Cost, insurance coverage and patient cost explained completely. Time required explained completely. 100% satisfaction.
I just had my first cleaning and examination at Holden Dental Care - and it went extremely well. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as was my hygienist, Jen, who did a super job. I was also very impressed with Dr. Neal Novack - not only was he very kind, but he was incredibly thorough in his examination. I am so happy my husband and I found Holden Dental Care!

The minute you walk into the building they make you feel relaxed. No one made me feel bad about not seeing a dentist for a really long time. Very caring people and i would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Novack and Jen took great care of my three year old, who did not want to be at the dentist. Both were very patient and gentle. This was my son's second visit to the dentist and he's getting less and less scared with each visit due to the patience of Dr. Novack and his wonderful team. Thanks all!
