I received incredible service when I visited Urgent Care of Green Country. I signed up for an appointment online and waited for a text from them that told me exactly when to show up at the Urgent Care to attend my appointment. My appointment was set for 10:20, so I showed up at the Urgent Care around 10:15. I filled out only two papers of paperwork and was called back at 10:30. Don't choose this locatio! Drive to one of the others in Claremore Owasso or even Tulsa. Trust me it will be much quicker for service. I am thinking they only have one person on staff working, the rest are all people walking around in scrubs. After waiting over 53 minutes with one person in the lobby when we walked in, a poor girl came in with what looked like a broken foot, they showed her expected wait is like an hour! Are you serious!?! Anyway just go some place else.
Took daughter there with suspected spider bite. Walked in the door to the urgent care window when another receptionist asked if she could help, when I told her we would like to see a doctor through urgent care she then pointed for me to go the window we were already going to then just stared at us while we were waiting. Seen Mr. Pisarik who then told us doctor's don't treat spider bites. To show us how smart he is, he explained doctor's don't treat spider bites but treat the infection after the spider bite.
