I have been treated at this Urgent Care clinic since they opened. They have always treated me well. I have got nothing but compassion from Dr. Verma and Dr. Srinivasan. I was recently seen here after a late night visit to the ER. Dr. Verma handled my follow up care beautifully. Thank you for always being there when I need you most PrimaCare!!
The clinic was very busy for a Sunday evening, but all of the staff were very professional, composed, patient and friendly. Good job! Treatment was fast and efficient!
Next Care has saved me twice now! Both times I was unable to get in to see my PC doctor. The first time, Next Care accurately diagnosed a blood clot in my leg and sent me to the ER which saved my life. The second time I needed them they also accurately diagnosed a potentially deadly condition, cellulitis. They gave me a shot in the hip to get my body started fighting and they called in my prescription. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Next Care and their staff. The whole experience of scheduling and appointment, to when to show up at the facility, to the actual care received was exceptional (even the movies shown in the waiting area and rooms was great).
I went there on 2/25/15 3:30 had broken my ankle or something found out it was my heal the doc told me. The female nurse was very rude after doc telling me it was broke she put me in a boot and tried to get me to walk on it I told her no way she told me I couldnt leave until I did I told her we will be here all night she still tried finally she went and told the doc and doc told her he didn't want me to walk on it no pressure at all waited and waited and waited finally got to leave she ask me how I was going to get to my car... read more
I am not sure what happened with the last reviewer but that was not my experience at all. She was there in 2010 and this is 2013 so maybe they have changed a lot since then. My Daughter-in-law suggested I go there instead of waiting till Monday because of her experience there was so good. Am really glad I took her suggestion.This was as easy and reasonable as any medical experience I have ever had. \i used to be very fond of the staff over there, but it has steadily declined. staff had me there two hours just to tell me at the end, that it was inappropriate for me to be there that they could not treat my symptoms. Bet they don't find it inappropriate to bill my insurance and a hefty copay to me!
The facility is excellent and top rated in patient care. My mother was seen in the facility yesterday in which she recieved a thorough exam with x-rays that showed she had pnuemonia. I have used the facility for my children and recieved fast, effecient, and high quality of care. As a student with the University of Phoenix going for a degree in Health Administration, the facility and head nurse was accommodating to my required educational course study in which I had to conduct an interview of a health service facility. Verma, you animal, after you left me crippled, it's like you dropped my dead body off by the side of the road, you filthy lying animal. I have been to 17 Drs, since you left me crippled,my attorney sends my medical records, all of these Drs read your statement aloud to me, all of them say that your claim that all of my injuries are due to my age is ridiculous, they always read it aloud to me, and they all of them say, you're trying to cover your own hide, All of them, I agree.
