FAST AND PROFESSIONAL UCGC is only a year old in Bixby but they are really great! They have two other clinics (Claremore and Owasso) and are an independent company. That means they do not have "big brother" telling them how to take care of you. If you need to be transferred or need specialized care, they send you where "YOU" want to go. Their doctors and nurses are the best! You will truly think, "Why have I been going somewhere else?", when you visit them.You will always be seen as fast as possible. Great staff, great care. Fast and friendly. This was my first experience with Urgent Care. I was recommended by a friend. I took my wife in due to fever and lower back pain. (We thought she had a kidney infection, she has had one before) The nurse and Doctor both were very friendly and energetic. They immediately took us seriously and gave her a urine test to check for infection. The doctor came in and said that she did not have a kidney or bladder infection. she said she suspected she had Strep Throat and offered a quick te... read more
I had a bad experience here I visited this Urgent care in Bixby and I waited two hours to be seen . The young Dr. I saw was crabby and dismissive of my opinions.I was given medicine that didn't help and I had to find another doctor.
