I went in a week ago and paid 100$ copay because I felt like I had a UTI and they sent a sample out to the lab and would let me know. A week later I had heard nothing back so I called and it was positive! How long were they going to take to call me and let me know if ever? I am a nurse and know lab takes 3 days max to get a u/a culture back. Finally called in a ATB and had a reaction to it, called back and wants to see me again to look at me, to see what? Always great care and fast and friendly staff. Our favorite urgent care.
I was very happy with the Urgent Care Staff. They gave me forms to fill out and were professional and got me on to see the doctor right away! I was thankful I didn't have to pay anything Sat. Just $.39 for rx!
The wait to be seen was minimal. Staff was professional and courteous. The doctor was kind and answered my questions thoroughly. My treatment was successful. I called them back about an hour later with a follow up question and they were very helpful. I would definitely use this urgent care facility again.
