The receptionist at the desk is very rude in how she talks with patients. I get it you work in healthcare and are busy. I also work in healthcare but treat patients with respect and no attitude. This would be the lady who was working 9/27 at 430pm. She needs to treat patients better.
This place is racist.NonCaucasian Americans beware.
When I checked in, the front desk said the wait time was “only a little bit.” I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 50 minutes. After I was taken back, the doctor was in and out of my exam room in under two minutes. No one has the time or the tolerance for this.
Went in this afternoon with ear pain. The front office was very friendly, helpful and professional. My nurse was nice and professional as well. The Physician Assistant was one of the best I have ever encountered. She was very down to earth, listened to what I had to say and was extremely helpful with finding the best place to pick up my prescriptions. I will recommend this place to anyone.
Went on a Sunday for a sinus infection. Made appt online and no long wait. Staff friendly and thorough and doctor was great. Best urgent care I’ve ever experienced
I have been trying to find a doctor to take me as a new patient and get some medication I desperately need...Because of Covid I had struck out on finding anyone until I talked to Sarah at Urgent Care of Fairfield today...I had basically given up...She answered my questions in a friendly, professional, compassionate manner and told me to come in and they would help me...I am so very grateful !!
Great ppl here! They do the best at getting you in and out as quick as possible. The staff are friendly and don’t mind to joke around which is great. The doctors are thorough and also do their best getting you in and out. I’m glad they’re close by since my kid is always getting sick.
Avoid this place, opened at got here at 9, still waiting. Should have gone to the little clinic.
This place is terrible! My children and I were in from out of town when my barely 1 year old daughter broke out in a rash, this was the closest urgent care to us that was open. The front desk lady was rude, I ignored it. We got back to see the doctor and part of her rash had gone away, she was just diagnosed with pink eye and ear infection 2 days prior and was on antibiotics for it. The doctor refused to even look at the rash, said her ears looked just fine, told me it was viral to keep giving her the antibiotics and sent me... read more
