The only suggestion I have is they should have a sign when the Doctor goes to lunch twice and at different times I had to wait. Also maybe the receptionist could be a little bit more friendly other than that I really like this place
I have brought my little cousins here before and I love the staff! Dr. Senne is the best. She is so nice and has given a great care to my family members. All the little ones always ask about her.
I just left this urgent care because the lady at the front desk turned me away saying they close at 5pm today. It was 4:45 and I preregistered online and let them know I was coming. Yes, it's frustrating when people come in and you want to go home, but it's just as frustrating when you have been traveling for 9 hours and all you want is to feel better. I won't be returning to this facility.
