It took a long time to be seen by a doctor. He came in the room for all of 2 minutes. I gave him my pharmacy name and he was supposed to send scripts that I desperately need for an abscessed tooth. The meds never came and when I called the pharmacy the next day the scripts were never sent in. I called urgent care back and the told me that a nurse will get back to me sometime later to see what happened. I will never go there again, very unpleasant experience and I still don't have my meds.
I had to wait 30 minutes just to check in with no explanation. I was advised to give my name and be seated while the receptionist cleaned her desk. Horrible customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would. Literally kicking me out of their practice because of the doctors negligence and lack of intelligence is on the patients ..not them. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. In my entire life I've NEVER witnessed such negligent, uncaring 'Doctors' Blame the paitent? Great way to go about it. I recently spoke to an actual doctor who told me everything my primary had told at that place were literal lies. So like I said.. I'm kicked out of their practice. As long as a neglig... read more
