I find the staff very nice and helpful. I love the fact that Doc Taylor is NOT a drug pusher. He even joked a bit as I was crabby instead of being a jerk back. The wait is a lil long but I find it no longer than when I wait for an actual appointment at the doctors office. In the past if they are experiencing extremely long waits they have called the ER and referred us over there. Again very helpful.
Best urgent care I've been too. Got lucky and only had a 10 minute wait. The Doctor was so friendly and kind to my difficult 2 year old. All the staff were very nice :)
I mostly love going there. Prefer to go there over my regular doctors office. But now they have changed the hours to close at 4 pm and are not open on Sundays. We're very disgusted and unhappy about that. As working people, I cannot get there during these hours.
Rude nurses, long wait. I felt like it was a burden to them to help me.
People there are friendly, supportive & professional. Wait time is reasonable.
Helpful doctor's friendly staff always a found the help I needed. Will return if needed!
