I've never had any problems except for 1 times they turned me and my very sick daughter away they said they were at the limit of capacity I was unaware of the daily limit very upset about it because my daughter was extremely sick with fever of 104 it turns out she had influenza A
Extremely pleased with my experience at MyMichigan Urgent Care- Midland. My son was seen for an ear infection, and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The check-in and check-out staff, nurse Rochelle and Dr. Bortel were all wonderful and made my son and I feel very comfortable. We will continue using MyMichigan Urgent Care for our acute visits.
All the nurses are snotty and rude in this Urgent Care. If you ask them a question they will not help you. All medical care in midland has gone downhill. ER is worse.
