Came in at 9:20am awful service, front deck didn’t inform me that I would be seen after 11 do to appointments.
Made an appointment to come at 11 am, the front desk also called me to come earlier, 10:35 to come, wait for an hour, no one, to ask the front desk also said I was the next, of course, there is only one person here, I do not know what is the meaning of the appointment, the Asian woman at the front desk is still very bad attitude
Called in the morning to make sure I could be seen here specifically for chronic pain in my teeth after having extractions since I would be a new patient and was happy I could make an appointment. Unfortunately I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment time. When I was seen, the doctor asked me a series of irrelevant invasive questions and proceeded to pat my body down only to tell me he’s not a dentist and cannot help me.
