Stong Respiratory Team I have been in the hospital since my transplant. The transplant went well but other things started going wrong so I needed extended care. I started out on a ventalator and I had to wean off the machine. There was a lot of anxiety involved, but the respiratory therapist were great. Duana, Rosemarie, and Nabill were patient and encouraging during this process.I cant say enough about these therapist. I also had some nurses who were very warm and caring. Exceptional Care Team This was my husbands third time in Kindred. The service has always been excellent. The nurses have been professional and caring.They are always willing to explain his treatments and medications. They have been very compassionate with him. We did have a few who always went above and beyond for us. Romeo RN, Adrian R. Soosama, Tracy Comier, and Danielle Taylor have been exceptional. My Kindred Experience I'm going home today after a month in the care of Kindred Hospital. I will say don't judge a book by its cover. To drive by the place its not flashy and doesn't stand out. But the people on the inside are warm and comforting. The nurses have all been very professional but also caring and friendly like familly. Compassionate Care The care provided to my husband was exceptional. Most of his caregivers were great. However, I would like to especially thank his RN Romeo. Romeo was a true gift. Through Romeo's compassionate, professional and clinical support my husband and I traveled this path with confidence. Maria was also a blessing. His PT team was wonderful as well. Many thanks to the 5th floor team at Kindred. You all made this part of our journey a little less stressful.
Outstanding care My husband was at Kindred both pre and post lung transplant. He was on both the 5th floor and ICU 2. The doctors, nurses, and staff were were TOP NOTCH. They treated my husband with kindness and respect while always following his plan for wellness to the letter. Ray's Stay at Kindred If it weren't for Unit Clerk Paula's I could have given 5 stars. Novlet, Emma. Adrienne Geraldine and all PT. RT , OT and Speech were great! Overall everyone was great except two unit clerks day and night. Staff was extremely helpful also. Carmie Carr
Caring for my love one I truly would like to thank the staff at Kindred hospital for the care they are providing for my sister. The staff is friendly. They are attentive to my sister's needs.
