RecommendedOmg the best NP I love her fast pace
I came to this facility on Saturday morning at 8:05, i got to the office before the nurse and receptionist. I was seen by the nurse who didn’t really seem to take the severity of my symptoms seriously. She prescribe be mucinex and cough syrup for sinus drip. I end up in the ER 24 hours later for severe tonsillitis...they refuse to refund my copay after giving a misdiagnosis...don’t come here
I went to urgent care thank God they did not have anybody in there waiting because I was so congested it wasn't even funny,but it was quick I got in and got out and the doctors and the nurses were so nice.
Dr Joseph is the sweetest and she took the time to listen and thoroughly examine me. Considering I came in near closing I still was seen and that was great. Mary was nice as well but it took a little longer with her because there were a lot more patients this time. But I was still in and out. I'm so glad this facility is in the area. So he can get the care that you need in a timely fashion
They wouldn't see me unless they had my car insurance information what do they need it for my car insurance not paying my bill
They was very helpful. It started at the front desk the medical technician told us the the wait will be a long but within 45 min. we were seeing by the doctor and his assistant and after running test and treatment we were out within a hour. So I will definitely return
Very friendly staff. I've been there a few times and the staff is always pleasant and friendly.
